Cerise has a passion for fighting injustices and helping those in need which has led her to participate in a variety of charitable events and volunteering with nonprofit organizations.

Yoland Sinclair is a senior manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP. As a part of her she focuses on developing and executing audits and providing financial reporting advisory services of FinTech companies, specifically companies operating within the crypto-asset space. Yoland graduated from Howard University with her Bachelors in Accounting and a Masters in Business Administration. Yoland is passionate about health and wellness and believes deeply in paying it forward by serving as a mentor to young women at work, at church and through other forums.

Aarti Majaraj Seaton is a career and empowerment coach with over a decade of expertise coaching her clients to lead powerfully in their field. Her clientele are mainly female professionals, executives & entrepreneurs who work in mainly masculine dominated fields. Aarti teaches them how to master the art of femininity for the ultimate leverage.

Porsche Vanderhorst loves being a Black woman and she loves being a part of the growth and glow of young women. She got to this as a middle and high school teacher and now gets to do this as an elementary school assistant principal, mentor, aunt, and Godmother. She works to maintain her health and balance through prayer, traveling, music, time with friends and family, exercise and reading. She loves you already even though she may not know you and she knows that you were created for a beautiful purpose!

Kenneth Jamal Hopson works as a professional school counselor where he partners with youth and their families to teach the necessary skills to accomplish their goals and navigate the roadblocks of life in practical ways. He was born and raised in Baltimore, MD and attended the University of MD Eastern Shore and Southern Adventist University where he earned dual masters degrees in clinical counseling and professional school counseling.
Raymonda Adams is a licensed certified clinical social worker. She is a Baltimore native. She holds a Bachelor from Morgan State University and Master's degree in Social Work from University of Maryland. She worked for the Department Of Social Services (Child Protective Services) for fourteen years. Currently, she is a Baltimore City Public School Social Worker. She enjoys teaching, designing, making crafts, and baking decorative cakes. She has been sought out at major events such as weddings, tea parties, church socials, and special meetings. Though she enjoys making crafts, and baking cakes, her first love is the Lord. Raymonda’s favorite scripture is Ephesians 3: 20, "Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think according to the power that worketh in us".
